Ninety days. One relationship. A return to the operating system you were always meant to run on.

We begin with the body. Everything begins with relationship — to gravity, to attention, to yourself. Every decision, every creative act, emerges from the state of the nervous system underneath it.
This is trained, physically, through the body — the same way strength or flexibility is trained.

My own teacher could inhale for a full minute, hold that breath for a full minute, and exhale for a full minute — without his heart rate rising at all.
Holding a breath is one of the most reliable ways to trigger a stress response in the human body. What he demonstrated was a nervous system trained, deliberately, to remain steady under a condition built to destabilize it.
I've spent a lifetime building that same steadiness in my own body — through a lifelong practice, through competitive athletics where it became a real edge, and through a near-fatal accident that tested whether the foundation actually held. It did.
This is the intelligence I help people remember — the original architecture of a coherent human being.

Every living system tends toward coherence when the conditions are right.
We're only beginning to understand why.
Our work isn't to force the body. It's to create the conditions where its own intelligence can emerge.
Most of what the body is capable of has simply never been asked for.
Its intelligence waits quietly…
for attention precise enough — and complete enough — to reach it.
Awareness this precise reshapes the brain, measurably. The skin and the nervous system are, developmentally, the same tissue — still speaking to each other every second. Iyengar observed it. Nature demonstrates it. The body experiences it. Neuroscience is only just learning how to describe it.
This work returns you to something you already have. Not silence exactly, when the noise finally quiets. Something closer to the truest version of who you actually are.

Most people can tell you what they think. Very few can see how your nervous system is actually organizing experience.
That's the work — a lifetime of embodied practice trained into a different kind of perception, reading breath, posture, and nervous system patterns directly, in real time, session after session.
It's the difference you feel after each session — and the accumulation of ninety days of them, until a new baseline simply becomes how you move through everything, without me there at all.

This work is for leaders whose external success has outpaced the relationship they have with themselves. People carrying real responsibility. Making consequential decisions. Who understand that the quality of their attention shapes everything they build.
This engagement isn't built around constant access. It's built around sustained attention.
For ninety days, we meet every week with complete presence. Between sessions, your work is to live, observe, practice, and return.
The goal isn't to become more dependent on me. It's to become more deeply rooted in yourself.

Decisions get made cleanly, the first time.
Critical thinking, systems thinking, real creative problem-solving — available even under real pressure.
Relationships deepen, because the same person finally shows up in all of them.
Recovery that used to take days takes hours instead. Underneath all of it: an operating system that's simply, measurably, more coherent.

Most clients move into ongoing 1:1 work at a lighter monthly cadence, or join the weekly practice community. This is the beginning of something beautiful.
Private Engagement
$40,000
Engagements begin with a conversation.
For those wishing to begin at a future date, reservation options are available.
I accept a small number of private engagements each year, so each client receives my full attention.

I've come to believe the deepest changes in our lives begin with a return. A return to the relationship that was there before fear, before pressure, before the world taught us to doubt ourselves. That's the work I'd be honored to do with you.
If this feels like yours to claim, I'd love to hear from you.
