A collection of reflections on alignment, nature, attention, and the art of returning to yourself.
These are not instructions. They are observations — things I've learned through movement, motherhood, nature, healing, and paying closer attention. Some begin in the body. Some begin in the mountains. Some begin while watching my daughter explore the world. Each is an invitation to slow down, and experience yourself — and life — a little more clearly.
